‘Soul Food Dinner’ sale is church fundraiser
NIAGARA FALLS - The St. John African Methodist Episcopal Church’s Combined Choirs will sponsor a barbecue rib, chicken and chitterlings dinner sale, called a “Soul Food Dinner Fundraiser,” from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, December 23 in the church’s fellowship hall, 917 Garden Ave.
Barbecue rib dinners will sell for $8, while rib sandwiches will go for $5. Chicken dinners will be $7, and sandwiches will cost $4. Chitterlings dinners will be $8, while side orders are $4.
Other options and side orders also are available. Holiday poinsettias, baked goods and gifts will also be on sale. Proceeds will go toward new robes for the church’s youth.
