I get tons of questions about fundraisers for Relay For Life:
Groups are doing simple food events like pancake breakfasts, spaghetti dinners, and bake sales. Some do dine-arounds where restaurants like Wendy’s, Schlotzsky’s or Pizza Hut give your group 15% of the sales attributed to your group. Others do more eleaborate dinners that are catered by quality restaurants and charge an admission fee.
Others do attention getting events like mass haircuts in Cuts For The Cure or bowling tournaments (Bowl For The Cure) or even golf tournaments. Don’t know what the catch phrase for the golf tournaments is…maybe Mulligans For The Cure?
